in many prestigious organisations like Escorts ltd. in Yamaha
Motorcycle, JCB Tractor division in tools design & development
department. Mr. Sen's years of expertise and experience have supported the company in becoming the most sought after name for quality and error-free Precision Machine Components.
Our
company was started with the project of Machining of Differential Case
Housing for small Car and Soft machining for Bevel gears, coupling
flange, gear blanks & rare differential housing for car segment for
which forged material is being supplied by M/s. SONA Okegawa Precision
Forging Ltd. (Manufacturer of Bevel Gears and Case Differential
Housing) with technical collaboration of Mitsubishi, Japan. The basic
machines to do the machining operations on Bevel Gears and Case
Differential (CNC Turning Center, Gear Deburring, SPM Drilling,
Vertical Broaching, etc.) are owned and manufactured by "tasa". We manufacture and export quality and reliable Precision Machine Components, which give our clients tension-free performance.
Tasa Automotive's sister concern "Tasa Micro Special Purpose Machine Pvt. Ltd.", Faridabad, Haryana, owns a well-settled Tool Room with sophisticated and latest machines. It manufactures SPMs as well as General Purpose Machines for prestigious companies (Escorts, Mahindra, Sona and Tata Motors Ancillaries).
